Collection, secure archiving and fast retrieval of your files, documents, drawings and magnetic media.

Let us take responsibility for the storage and management of your company data. We provide professional storage of your data locally with an archival management system offering retrieval within the hour.

The Service We Provide

We will provide you with uniform sized storage containers for files, documents or drawings. We will collect your containers, and then deliver them to our high security purpose built storage area, ready for retrieval at the touch of a button. When you need them, we can retrieve them within the hour if you want, or as part of a normal daily service. Our file management software system can locate a particular file in seconds from millions of stored files. Each box is indexed and given a unique bar code reference, and is provided with its own location for ease of identification and rapid retrieval.

We will keep a record of all file movements, so you will always know where your file has been and where it is now. We will provide you with a print out each month showing the movements of your files.

We can also store magnetic media, in carefully controlled environmental conditions to ensure the safety and long life of your data.

If required, each file can be dated and as legal requirements expire, and with your authorisation, we will conduct a confidential destruction accompanied by a 'Certificate of Destruction'.

An online client records management facility is being developed where in the future, you will be able to order withdrawals, deposits and destructions of your files at the touch of a button.

Security

Authorised signatories, staff confidentiality contracts and computerised password and access systems all serve to maximise data protection.
